CTF Reconciliation Action Plan

Construction Training Fund has completed its first-ever Reflect RAP which has now been endorsed and published on Reconciliation Australia's website.

As a state govt authority, CTF has the opportunity to lead by example in reconciliation within the building and construction sector.

We have a workplace culture that believes strongly in inclusivity and diversity and a critical element of this is engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to progress reconciliation in Western Australia

CTF Indigenous Artwork

CTF has had the pleasure of working with Acacia Collard to create a piece of art that expresses our Company's culture in a unique and special way.

Acacia is a Badimia Yamatji – Balladong Noongar woman who specialises in contemporary Aboriginal artworks.

In the video below,  Acacia takes you on the journey she went through to create the CTF indigenous artwork.
