CTF Capital Grants Awarded 2025

The Construction Training Fund (CTF) is pleased to announce the successful recipients of the 2025-26 Capital Grant Program, a $5 million initiative supporting private Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to expand and modernise training infrastructure across Western Australia.

The Capital Grant Program strengthens the capacity of RTOs to deliver high‑quality, future‑focused training that meets the needs of WA’s evolving construction industry. This year’s program supports projects that enhance training delivery, improve accessibility, particularly in regional areas, and align with the State’s transition to sustainable, low‑carbon construction practices.

2025–26 Capital Grant Recipients

Following a comprehensive assessment process, grants have been awarded to the following organisations:

These projects demonstrated strong alignment with CTF’s strategic priorities, including the adoption of new technologies, expansion into regional communities, and the development of training facilities that support WA’s climate and energy transition.

Purpose of the Capital Grant Program

The Capital Grant Program supports RTOs to:

  • Increase training capacity in high‑demand construction fields
  • Deliver training that advances WA’s climate goals and energy transformation
  • Improve access to training in regional and remote areas through local facilities and mobile or digital delivery
  • Upgrade infrastructure to support modern, industry‑aligned training

This initiative forms part of the State Government’s Made in WA plan and reflects CTF’s commitment to building a skilled, safe and sustainable construction workforce.
